Questions, answered
Do I need an account?
No. The demo runs in your browser and stays there. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to keep the plan.
Is anything missing from the demo?
The planner is complete. On your own list the demo holds 250 guests and 25 tables; sharing, printing and exports come with a kept plan.
Can I use my own guest list?
Yes. Switch to My own list above, then open the toolbar menu and choose Import guests to paste or upload your list.
What happens to my plan if I close the tab?
It stays in this browser. Sign in whenever you like and your draft is copied to your account with a free 72-hour trial.
Is there a subscription?
Not required. One payment unlocks one event. Venues and planners who run many events take the venue plan: $99 a month for unlimited events, your hall saved as a layout, your logo on everything guests see, and AI list recognition. Cancel anytime.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The whole planner works on phones and tablets: drag families between tables, pinch to zoom the plan, and everything saves as you go.
For venues and planners
How does the hand-over to a client work?
You open an event for the client from your saved hall and send them an invitation by e-mail or WhatsApp. The client signs in with their e-mail, adds the guest list and seats everyone. The table layout stays locked on your side, and every change the client makes shows up for you right away.
Who pays?
The venue. The venue plan includes unlimited events and hand-over to all your clients. The client pays nothing and needs no credit card.
What does the client see?
Only their event: your logo and name, the hall as you laid it out, their guest list, the seating, the guest link and the prints. They never see your other events, other clients or your plan's details.
What happens to clients if the venue's plan ends?
Events already handed over keep working for the clients, guest links included, until 14 days after the event date (or 30 days after the plan ended, for an event without a date). No couple is left without their seating because of a subscription. After that the client can buy the event themselves, and you can renew any time.
Where is the data stored, and who sees it?
On secure AWS servers in Frankfurt, encrypted. Only you and your client see the guest list; guests only find their own table. We never sell data and use no trackers. Details in the Privacy policy.
Can we cancel and get a refund?
Cancel the plan from the dashboard any time, with no further charges; it stays active until the end of the paid month. Cancelling within 14 days of a payment entitles you to a refund under the Consumer Protection Law, less a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower.
