The agreement

These terms apply when you use Rattibo (rattibo.com), an online service for planning event seating. By using it you agree to them. If you use Rattibo for a business, such as a venue, you accept them on its behalf.

The service

Rattibo lets you build a guest list, arrange tables, draw a floor plan of the hall, check for mistakes, share a guest lookup link and a venue link, print and export, and check guests in on the day. The demo runs in your browser without an account; saving to the cloud needs an account.

We keep improving the service, so features may change. We will not take away what you paid for during the period you paid for.

The floor plan is not a safety plan

The floor plan is a seating diagram for hosts and their suppliers. It is not drawn to verified scale and is not a safety, capacity, fire-exit or accessibility plan. The venue's licensed capacity, exits and safety rules always come first; check the final layout with the venue.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail address, or with Google. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us right away at info@rattibo.com if you think someone else used your account.

Give accurate details, and use one account per person or business. You must be 18 or older.

Your content and your guests' data

The guest lists, plans and logos you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to enter your guests' details and for sharing links only with the right people. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle that information.

Plans and billing

• Free: the demo in your browser, and a 72-hour cloud trial for one event after you sign in.
• One Event: a single payment for one event. It stays editable, shareable and exportable for 24 months after the event date.
• Venue plan (monthly): unlimited events, saved hall layouts, your brand on what guests see, and hand-over to clients. It renews automatically every month and is charged to the card you saved, until you cancel.

Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency shown, and include VAT where it applies to you. Payment is processed by PayPlus; a tax invoice or receipt is issued after each payment.

You can cancel the monthly plan any time from your dashboard, in two clicks. No further charges are made, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal payment fails we try again up to three times over three days and tell you by e-mail; if it still fails, the plan ends.

We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to your monthly plan, so you can cancel first.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a purchase as described in our Cancellation and refund policy, which follows the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and is part of these terms.

Venues and their clients

A venue on the monthly plan can hand an event over to its client (for example the couple). The client works on the guest list and seating; the venue keeps control of the hall layout and can revoke the hand-over.

If the venue's plan ends, an event it already handed over stays fully usable for the client, and its guest links keep working, until 14 days after the event date (or 30 days after the plan ended, for an event without a date). After that the client can buy One Event for it themselves.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rattibo to break the law or anyone's rights; to store or send content that is unlawful, abusive or that you have no right to share; to send spam (including through client invitations); to try to access accounts, events or data that are not yours; to probe, overload or disrupt the service; or to copy the service or resell it without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after a warning where reasonable.

Availability

We work to keep Rattibo available and your data safe, and we back it up regularly. The service can still be interrupted by maintenance or events outside our control. Before an event, print or export your final lists as a backup.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rattibo is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage (for example lost profits, or problems on the event day caused by the layout). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Rattibo and delete your account at any time from Settings. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice, let you export your data, and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you by e-mail or in the service at least 30 days in advance; continuing to use Rattibo after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting a consumer's right to sue where the law allows.
